Remodel in Branchburg, NJ
This project included a full kitchen transformation, living room design, and a beautiful master bathroom ensuite.
Project Details
This project started with a beautiful master bathroom ensuite, as most projects do, then moved on to other areas.
The master bathroom remodel was a challenge because the clients and the contractor couldn’t figure out how layout the large shower. When I arrived for my first paid appointment, I immediately looked at the space right outside the bathroom where the linen closet was. If we moved the wall back and the linen closet was in the bathroom, we would have the space for the Large Shower!
We relocated the tub in a vertical position to have larger vanity space and utilize wasted space for a relaxing tub with a view. Once the floor plan was done with the 3D walkthrough, the client could see exactly how the space would function. Looking at the entire space to determine what can be done is what I do best.
The Kitchen transformation is outstanding in its timeless design and functionality. The Kitchen renovation was talked about quite a bit, discussing why to move forward with a renovation is something I talk with my clients about. You are investing in your home and need to weigh all the options.
By relocating the Refrigerator, the counter area was increased. Taking useless space in a Kitchen and being able to repurpose it the key to maximum use of space.
The Walnut Island is the focal point of this Kitchen. Walnut is featured as an accent on the Custom Designed Hood and Bookcase. The warmth of Walnut with the cleanness of the White Cabinets brings a homey feeling to this space.
The backsplash feature over the range top is calm yet textural and the subway field tile is not what you expect in subway tile with a touch of grey at the ends.

“Working with Images in Design, Inc, and Tammy Kaplan, made the transformation and renovation of our home seamless. Tammy assistance with selection of material, pricing, and working with our General Contractor took significant pressure off of my husband and I as she provided us selections and suggestions based on her understanding of our style and needs as a family.
With every project, there are ups and downs, but COVID 19 put one of the biggest challenges upon us. Tammy never let us down and certainly took ownership as if it was her own project. We are so pleased with our final outcome, and certainly would refer Tammy to anyone who is in need of assistance in design selections and home transformations. I can truly say our home is a true reflection of our family."
