We charge a flat rate, that is custom quoted for every project. There are no surprise fees or extra hourly costs. You’ll know what price to expect from the start of each design phase. 

Our specialty is high-end residential renovation and remodeling projects. This often entails designing full Kitchens and Bathrooms or completely transforming a few key rooms for a new purpose with all-new design & furnishings to meet clients' current or future needs. 

Typically projects take about 9 months, I know we're not exactly giving birth, but it still takes time. In today’s world, delivery time and shortages have increased the time for all products and materials. Planning and designing are what we do have control over and that’s where all my projects start.    

We can read your plans and determine if they meet your dreams & needs for your space. I specialize in space planning, it’s my passion. Our computerized 3D planning approach lets you walk through your new space before any walls come down or ground is broken. 

My Design Philosophy has always focused around one central theme, making my client’s homes function for the way they live in their spaces. Creating a reason to walk into a room that has a feeling of elegance, luxury and function is my goal for every project. I’ve worked with busy professionals and recently retired clients who all have an appreciation for quality products and unique designs tailored to meet their needs. Designing homes for my clients that make them feel “at home” and at peace is my greatest joy.
